Black Hills Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend and Schedules Second Quarter 2007 Earnings Release and Conference Call

RAPID CITY, SD—July 26, 2007—At a meeting held July 25, 2007, the Board of Directors of Black Hills Corporation (NYSE: BKH) declared quarterly dividends on the common stock.

Common shareholders will receive 34 cents per share. Dividends will be payable September 1, 2007, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2007.

The Company will issue a press release regarding financial results of the second quarter of 2007 on Thursday, August 9, 2007.
