Hi, I'm Carl, a Landman for Black Hills Exploration and Production in Golden, Colorado. I travel to various county court houses in the Rocky Mountain area to determine ownership of oil and gas minerals and negotiate oil and gas leases with the owners. I contact other oil and gas companies and work toward making joint venture agreements, You could call me a "Wheeler-Dealer" of sorts. The best part of my job is meeting and talking with people. I enjoy working for BHEP because of my co-workers and because of the "family feel" there is here. I also enjoy the strong work ethics and moral values that are exemplified.

Now we have employees using PC's across the US. We use wireless and satellite. I get the opportunity to travel to our other locations, but not so much that it impacts my personal life.
